Hilltop Jamaican Restaurant & Lounge Servers are responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by taking and serving food and drink orders, answering menu questions, and ensuring guests have a positive dining experience. Servers also perform side work, such as setting up tables, restocking supplies, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. Excellent communication skills, a friendly attitude, and the ability to multitask are essential for success in this role.
Key duties include:
-greeting guests
-accurately taking orders
-communicating with kitchen staff
-handling transactions
-opening and closing the FOH
-cleaning and sanitizing
