Toyota of Berkeley is hiring UTI T-TEN Graduates
We Have Done This Before
In 2024 we hired a T-TEN graduate from Southern California. We met during a campus visit the year before and stayed in touch through graduation. That technician relocated to the Bay Area, started with us at the Expert level with a Snap-on tool set provided through our student program and trained daily alongside our Master Technicians.
Two years later, that technician earned Toyota Master Technician certification.
Today that tech is one of the core technicians in our shop. We are looking for the next graduate ready to do the same.
What We Offer
- $33/hr starting pay for T-TEN graduates
- Production bonus for all line technicians

The hourly rate is only part of your total compensation. Every line technician in our shop is on our production bonus program, so the more you produce, the more you earn.

Already a Toyota Technician?
We are hiring experienced techs too. If you hold Toyota Expert, Master or Master Diagnostic certification, bring your certs and your track record. We will place you at the level you have earned and give you the volume to make the most of it.
Requirements
- UTI T-TEN graduate or equivalent Toyota certified school
- Current students finishing this term are welcome to apply
- Experienced techs: Toyota certification and dealership experience
- Valid driver license with a clean record
- Reliable and coachable, ready for a fast paced shop
