Job Overview Sales Reps:
Sales Reps: Allied Auto Salvage is seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Sales Rep & Assistance Sales Rep to join our team. In this key role, you will be responsible for assisting customers in their search for vehicle parts, using our state of the art Auto Parts Computer software. You will also ensure that customers get the best customer service they have ever had. This position requires a sound knowledge of auto and truck parts, strong customer service skills, and the ability to effectively navigate our yard management system. This is an hourly rate for the first 90 days while you learn our software system. Then this position is a commission based rate so the opportunity of how much you want to make is up to you…. 40k, 50k, 75k and up annually gross.
Job Overview Sales Assistance Reps:
Sales Assistance: Greet customers upon entry, inquire about the parts they are seeking, and provide them with a Sales Rep to handle their needs and learn how to start looking for the part as well. Sales Assistance helps check in vendors by receiving invoices comparing them to what we have ordered and log them into our system. As well, Sales Assistance will help take payments from customers & help assist the Delivery drivers that we have out in the field.
Workplace Organization: Ensure a clean and organized workspace, including daily office cleaning and maintaining proper documentation.
Requirements:
Customer Service Excellence: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse customer base.
Technical Proficiency: Ability to learn and operate the company’s computer system
Knowledge of Auto Parts: Basic Familiarity with auto and truck parts is essential to assist customers effectively.
Bilingual Skills: Fluent in both English and Spanish (both spoken and written) is a plus
Schedule Flexibility: Ability to work 5 days a week, NO weekends and most holidays off.
Organizational Skills: Must be organized, reliable, and detail oriented.
Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and assist other staff members as necessary.
Compliance: Must adhere to all Allied Auto Salvage /Pull-N-Save rules, regulations, and safety procedures.
Compensation:
Sales Reps competitive hourly wage first 90 days then move to commission You make your goal how much would you like to make annually? 40k, 50k, 75k or 100+k ??
