NOW HIRING – EXPERIENCED ASSEMBLER II
HR Direct Services is seeking an experienced Assembler II for a manufacturing company in Pomona, CA.
IMPORTANT: THIS IS NOT AN ENTRY-LEVEL ASSEMBLY POSITION. PREVIOUS MANUFACTURING EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.
Candidates must have experience assembling large manufactured parts, machinery, industrial equipment, or mechanical components.
TIG welding experience is also required.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assemble large machine parts, mechanical components, and equipment
Read and interpret mechanical blueprints, drawings, and assembly instructions
Use hand tools, power tools, measuring equipment, and manufacturing tools
Accurately measure components using a tape measure
Perform fitting, fastening, drilling, grinding, and related assembly work
Perform TIG welding as required during the assembly process
Inspect components for proper fit, alignment, and workmanship
Identify damaged, incorrect, or defective components
Follow manufacturing procedures, quality standards, and safety requirements
Maintain an organized and safe work area

Experience assembling large parts, machinery, or industrial equipment is required

Ability to read and understand mechanical blueprints and drawings
Strong mechanical aptitude
Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure
Experience using hand and power tools
Ability to follow detailed manufacturing procedures
Ability to perform the physical duties associated with industrial assembly
PAY: $22.00–$25.00 PER HOUR DOE
