The role
• Host TikTok Lives and sell in a fast, high-volume environment
• Engage the chat in real time, answer questions, handle objections, and push checkout
• Demo products, create urgency, drop offers, and keep the stream moving
• Hit sales targets (this is a sales job, not just “being cute on camera”)
• Optional: help with short clips from the lives
Who we’re looking for
• Strong sales instincts (retail, customer service, or live selling experience is a plus)
• Comfortable on camera for long stretches
• Fast talker, thick skin, can think on her feet
• High energy — this is not a slow, scripted environment
• Reliable and coachable
• TikTok / TikTok Shop experience preferred but not required if you can sell
