We are looking for an experienced Small Parcel Shipping Associate to join a warehouse team in Poway. We need someone who is hardworking, dependable, organized, and has strong knowledge of small parcel shipping and warehouse management systems (WMS).
đź’° PAY & SCHEDULE
Pay: Starting at $20/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Hours: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Location: Kirkham Road, Poway
📦 RESPONSIBILITIES
Process and prepare small parcel shipments.
Ship customer orders using UPS, FedEx, and other private shipping systems.
Accurately process orders through a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Print and verify shipping labels and documentation.
Verify orders for accuracy before shipment.
Package and prepare products for safe delivery.
Maintain accurate shipping and inventory records.
Help keep the shipping area clean and organized.
Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.
Take initiative and help support the team during busy periods.
âś… REQUIREMENTS
Previous small parcel shipping experience required.
Experience with UPS, FedEx, or similar parcel shipping systems required.
Minimum 1 year of experience using a WMS (Warehouse Management System).
Previous experience processing shipments for customers.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good organizational and leadership skills.
Dependable, hardworking, and able to take initiative.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
General Amazon warehouse experience alone will not qualify unless you also have relevant small parcel shipping/WMS experience.
