POSITION SUMMARY:
The Line Cooks are responsible for a specific station and focus on seasonal ingredients, fundamental techniques, and Cook building skills in a fast-paced kitchen. Will be hiring for various Cook levels, from Prep Cook to Cook 3.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Food preparation, including slicing, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces
• Grilling, frying, sautéing, and other cooking methods to specified recipes and standards
• Station Management to include maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned station, ensuring proper rotation of ingredients and timely restocking
• Comply with all food safety regulations and practices, including proper handling of all ingredients and sanitation procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
• Line cook experience; various years of experience required depending on Cook level
• Basic to excellent knife handling skills
• Positive attitude and team player
• Great communication skills
• Food handlers certification required

RATE OF PAY: $25-$27hr.
All offers are contingent upon a successful background check as well as a drug screening. We follow Federal guidelines related to drug screening results, prior to appointment of position.
