Your Role:
The CNA/ Caregiver's role provides daily living activities and services to clients based on their individual service care plans in their own homes.
Personal Hygiene
Compassionate and Helpful Approach
Ensure clients receive their proper Diet, understanding their allergies, preferences, and restrictions
Record Vital Signs
Promptly Notify the Manager/ Nurse in Charge of any and all changes in Client's conditions
Follow Careplan and documenting every shift
Administer / Remind medications
Follow nursing guidelines as described in Care plan
Qualifications:
Current CNA or experience as Caregiver
Respectful of Client's and family members
Ability to work as a team member and/or independently
