Subcontractors Needed: Countertop & Solid Surface Installers (New Construction)

Job Description:
We are a busy Single-Family Operations division looking to partner with experienced, reliable, and high-capacity Countertop and Solid Surface Subcontractors. This contract is for fast-paced, new home development projects across Southern California.
Because our production schedules move quickly, we require production-minded subcontractors who excel at traditional horizontal surfaces and are also highly proficient in vertical panel installations (shower surrounds) and proper waterproofing board installations (e.g., Wedi, Schluter-Kerdi, DenShield or Durock systems).
Core Responsibilities:
• Install vertical solid surface panels and full shower wall surrounds.
• Install backing and waterproofing boards in wet areas to strict manufacturer specifications.
• Maintain quality control for high-volume new construction builds (seamless joints, clean caulk lines).
• Coordinate closely with Field Managers to hit scheduled completion dates.
Requirements:
• Service Area: Ability to cover projects across Riverside, Orange County, and San Diego County (and other areas as needed).
• Experience: Proven track record in new home construction or high-volume residential developments.
• Skills: Expert knowledge of wet-area waterproofing standards and vertical panel systems.
• Tools & Transport: Must have your own reliable commercial vehicle, specialized fabrication tools, and PPE.
• Credentials: Active C-54/ business license, general liability insurance, and Workers' Comp.
