Hildah and Kays is seeking a reliable Group Home Manager to manage resident schedules, handle paperwork, and build great relationships with families, county professionals, and day programs.
If you are comfortable with computers, clear on the phone, and know how to keep documentation in order, we want you on our team! This position offers a highly desirable 4-day work week with full benefits and an excellent hourly rate.
Key Responsibilities
Coordination & Relationships: Work closely with families, county case managers, and other professionals to keep everyone on the same page.
Schedules & Planning: Manage and organize resident employment and day program schedules.
ISP Writing & Paperwork: Write and maintain Individual Support Plans (ISPs) and keep regular paperwork organized in line with Oregon Administrative Rules (OARs).
Office & Tech Operations: Comfortably operate office computers, phones, and email to stay on top of daily communications.
Training Staff: Keep staff up to date with changes to ISP and support planning. Track staff training. Submit
Background checks for employees.
Inspections: Coordinate and oversee facility inspections such as bi-annual state licensing, quarterly safety checks, and other required inspections.
Schedule, Compensation & Benefits
Pay Rate: $34.00 - $37.00 per hour based on experience.
Hours: Flexible schedule, about 32 hours per week.
Work Week: Compressed 4-day work week for a great work-life balance.

Qualifications & Role Focus
Experience: Experience writing ISPs and familiarity with the
IDD/DDA system and OAR guidelines.
Skills: Strong communication skills (phone and email) and solid computer literacy.
Role Focus: This is a coordinator role. You will NOT have to manage staff scheduling, supervise employees.
