Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of landscape construction experience
Proven experience supervising and leading field crews
Valid California Driver's License with a clean driving record
Strong knowledge of:
Landscape installation
Irrigation systems
Grading and drainage
Planting and hardscape construction
Ability to read plans and execute projects according to specifications
Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
Ability to operate construction equipment and power tools
Must be reliable, punctual, and safety-oriented
Preferred Qualifications
Masonry experience is a plus
Experience with retaining walls, stonework, and other hardscape installations
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Responsibilities
Lead and supervise landscape construction crews
Coordinate daily job site activities and project schedules
Ensure projects are completed on time and within quality standards
Read and interpret landscape plans and specifications
Train and mentor crew members
Maintain a safe and productive work environment
Communicate effectively with management, clients, and subcontractors
Monitor equipment, materials, and job site needs
