About the Role:
Are you detail-oriented, customer-focused, and eager to grow a career in auto body repair ?Lloyds Collision Center is seeking a motivated Junior Estimator / Customer Service Representative (CSR). In this key dual role, you will be the front-line contact for our customers and work closely with senior estimators using industry-leading shop platforms (CCC ONE and Mitchell RepairCenter).
Key Responsibilities: Customer Care: Greet clients, manage incoming phone calls, schedule appointments, and provide accurate, friendly status updates throughout the repair cycle.
Estimating & Documentation: Assist senior estimators with vehicle intake, capture photos, map damage, and create preliminary estimates using CCC ONE.
Workflow & File Management: Maintain repair orders, track job statuses, update insurance files, and manage administrative workflows in Mitchell RepairCenter.
Insurance & Parts Coordination: Communicate with insurance adjusters, assist with supplement documentation, track parts arrivals, and finalize check-outs.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (automotive or trade school coursework is a plus).
1+ years of experience in automotive customer service, service writing, or body shop administration.
Practical experience or familiarity with CCC ONE and Mitchell RepairCenter (or equivalent estimating/management systems).
General knowledge of automotive body construction and repair operations.
Strong computer skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle fast-paced multitask environments.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
