NURSE ASSISTANT(CNA preferred)/MED TECHS NEEDED!!Full Time
Are you detail-oriented, compassionate, and committed to providing exceptional care? Bishop Gadsden is seeking a dedicated Medication Technician/Nurse Assistants to join our team in Myers Hall. In this vital role, you’ll ensure residents receive their medications safely and on time, while supporting their overall well-being and dignity.

What You’ll Do:

Administer Medications accurately and promptly, following all safety protocols and facility guidelines.
Monitor Resident Health and report changes in condition to licensed professionals.
Maintain Medication Inventory by ordering and tracking prescriptions, including mail-order medications.
Document Thoroughly in electronic health records (EHR) and report any medication errors or refusals.
Support Resident Rights by respecting privacy, honoring refusals, and maintaining confidentiality.
Collaborate with Care Teams and participate in quality improvement initiatives and facility inspections.
Assist with Daily Living by performing nursing aide duties as needed and contributing to a positive, team-oriented environment.

Requirements

What You Bring:

Completion of a Medication Technician training program with a passing score of 80% or higher.
1 year experience working as
At least 18 years of age and in good physical health.
Strong communication skills and a professional, respectful demeanor.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative care team.
Commitment to safety, accuracy, and compassionate care.
