Beauty Kliniek Aromatherapy Day Spa & Wellness Center is seeking an experienced Spa Coordinator / Receptionist to join our dynamic and caring team of professionals.
About the Role
As the Spa Coordinator, you are the heart of the spa experience—welcoming guests, guiding them through their visit, and ensuring every detail is handled with warmth, professionalism, and excellence.
The Ideal Candidate
You are:
• An experienced spa or salon professional with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a spa/salon front desk or coordinator role
• A detail-oriented, dependable team player who enjoys being in a healing environment
• Naturally warm, hospitable, and service-driven
• Confident, polished, and professional in guest communication
• Comfortable multitasking and problem-solving with grace
• Computer-savvy, with working knowledge of scheduling systems, spreadsheets, and word processing
• Flexible and available to work weekends and some evenings
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver above-and-beyond customer service at every guest touchpoint
• Book appointments, greet guests, and manage check-in/check-out seamlessly
• Educate clients on spa services, memberships, and retail products
• Maintain a strong working knowledge of all spa services and offerings
• Escort guests to locker rooms and relaxation areas, orienting them to the spa experience
• Respond to phone, email, and in-person inquiries with clarity and warmth
• Support daily spa operations to ensure every guest leaves feeling cared for and valued
