Job Description
Insight Global is hiring a Program Manager to support the supply chain group at a top tech company. This is a hybrid role based in Silicon Valley, CA, requiring onsite attendance Tuesday through Thursday for a 2 year contract duration.
This individual will work closely with executive leadership and external stakeholders to drive operational excellence through data-driven decision making, strategic planning, performance reporting, and metric development. The ideal candidate combines strong operations experience with strategic thinking, exceptional written communication skills, and the ability to synthesize large amounts of information into concise executive-level reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and support operational programs involving multimillion- to multibillion-dollar budgets.
Lead and influence cross-functional teams of approximately 30+ resources across various functions.
Partner with executive leadership on day-to-day operational and strategic initiatives.
Develop, track, and report on key business metrics, KPIs, KCLs, and OKRs.
Build and maintain reporting frameworks that provide actionable business insights.
Create executive-level presentations, business reviews, and written communications for senior stakeholders.
Analyze operational performance and provide recommendations to improve efficiency and execution.
Develop detailed business documents, including six-pagers, BRDs (Business Requirements Documents), strategy reviews, and operational reports.
Manage reporting related to sales performance, operational execution, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
Work with order management, inventory, and execution systems to ensure operational visibility and reporting accuracy.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align strategy, operations, and business objectives.

Skills and Requirements
5+ years of experience in a Program Manager, Operations, Strategy, or similar role
Experience creating executive-level presentations and reporting materials
Experience working directly with executive stakeholders
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Experience developing and reporting on KPIs, OKRs, and operational metrics
Experience building reporting frameworks and performance measurement processes
Experience supporting supply chain operations
Advanced proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and data reporting tools - Data center supply chain experience
Experience supporting a large-scale technology company
Experience writing executive strategy documents or six-pagers
Experience with process improvement initiatives
Experience leveraging AI or automation tools for reporting and analysis
