## Entry-Level Junior Steel Detailer – Training Provided
Talley Metal Fabrication is hiring a full-time Junior Steel Detailer for our San Jacinto office.
This is an entry-level position with training provided. We are looking for someone who is dependable, comfortable using computers, detail-oriented, and interested in building a career in steel detailing.
**Pay:** Starting at $18.00 per hour
**Hours:** 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, beginning at 5:30 a.m.
**Location:** San Jacinto, CA—this is a fully in-office position
**Benefits:** Medical and dental benefits available after 90 days
### Position Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Basic computer knowledge
* Basic AutoCAD or 3D-modeling knowledge
* Reliable attendance and ability to begin work at 5:30 a.m.
* Attention to detail and willingness to learn
* Ability to work well with a team and follow instructions
Experience reading architectural or structural plans is a plus. Familiarity with Revit, Bluebeam, or Tekla is preferred but not required. Construction, fabrication, welding, or metal-shop experience is also helpful.
The employee will begin by working primarily in AutoCAD and will have the opportunity to learn Tekla. Our projects include structural steel, ornamental metal, and miscellaneous metal detailing.
This position offers paid training and room to advance into a Steel Detailer role.
