Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join a growing team in the Endicott, NY area. This is a permanent, contract-to-permanent opportunity offering competitive pay and the potential for long-term employment. Location: Endicott, NY Pay: $20.00 - $30.00/hour Schedule: Monday - Friday, permanent Employment Type: contract-to-permanent Requirements Qualifications: Previous accounts receivable, billing, or accounting experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software Excellent communication and customer service skills Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Generate and send customer invoices Process and post incoming payments Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies Maintain accurate customer records and payment histories Communicate with customers regarding account inquiries Assist with month-end closing activities and reporting Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely payments
