Barista / Coffee Team Member
Part-Time | San Diego County | $18–$22/hour plus tips
Reflect Coffee is a mobile coffee trailer serving handcrafted coffee, lattes, matcha, tea, cold brew, smoothies, and pastries throughout San Diego County. We launched earlier this year and are looking for someone to join us at our recurring early-morning weekday locations, with availability for occasional pop-ups, weekend markets, and special events.
We’re looking for a dependable, positive Barista / Coffee Team Member to join our team. This is a part-time role with opportunities to grow as Reflect Coffee grows. Experience is a plus, but the most important thing we’re looking for is the right person: someone who is kind, motivated, reliable, and excited to make people’s days better. 🌿
What You’ll Do ☕
• Welcome each guest with warmth, kindness, and genuine care
• Process orders and operate the Point of Sale system accurately and efficiently
• Measure milk, syrups, and other ingredients, and prepare matcha, tea, cold brew, smoothies, and other menu items
• Pull espresso shots, steam milk, and prepare espresso-based drinks
• Help with opening, setup, breakdown, dishes, cleaning, restocking, and keeping the trailer running smoothly
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming workspace
• Create a calm, positive experience that makes people feel seen and appreciated

• Availability for early mornings, weekends, and pop-up events
• Ability to reliably get to and from scheduled work locations
• Prior coffee, food service, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
