Conduct foot patrols of buildings, parking areas, and common facilities. Observed, document, and report safety hazards, maintenance issues, and rule violations. Respond to calls for service, disturbances, incidents, and notify emergency services with appropriate. Prepare clear, concise incident, shift, and activity reports. Enforce Association rules and regulations in a professional, customer-service-oriented manner.
Must maintain a valid "Guard Card", and California driver's license. Ability to communicate effectively, de-escalate, conflict, and work independently.
Ability to walk, stand, climb stairs, for extended periods during shift. Ability to lift, carry, or move 30-40 pounds as needed. Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
