Overview of Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operation of the central school office, ensuring it remains organized, welcoming, and responsive to the needs of students, families, faculty, administration, and visitors.
Serve as a primary point of contact for parents, visitors, and community members, providing timely, professional communication and appropriately directing questions or concerns to the direct report.
Provide appropriate care, assistance, love, and support to young students who come to the office, while maintaining confidentiality, sound judgement, and a high level of communication/collaboration with the adults.
Coordinate administrative documentation, and support the direct report and school with day-to-day organizational needs.
Provide administrative support to all full-time/part-time faculty, and collaborate with the Campus Aide as needed.
Collaborate on school-wide operations communication and projects while collaborating with other offices and departments to promote a unified and effective campus experience for all.
Overview of Requirements
Demonstrated supervisory experience highly preferred.
Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills.
General proficiency in word processors, spreadsheets, and office management tools (MS Word, Gmail, etc.).
Skilled in verbal/written communication, calendar management, and operational coordination.
Ability to multitask efficiently and manage administrative duties seamlessly.
Prior experience in customer service or front desk operations is highly desirable.
Comfortable around elementary-aged children with a love/appreciation for education.
