Job Duties:Responsible for providing front-line office support, including answering and directing phone calls, greeting and signing in clients, and assisting both clients and the public with inquiries. Duties include creating and maintaining client files, utilizing Microsoft Office programs, scanning and handling confidential documents, processing payments, filing, and managing incoming and outgoing mail. Ensure compliance with office policies for records retention. This position requires strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to shift seamlessly between priorities, as well as openness to movement between various tasks and responsibilities as assigned to support smooth daily operations.
