Interested in real estate but don’t know where to start?
I’m a local REALTOR and Mortgage Loan Originator in the High Desert working with Keller Williams Realty, one of the most recognized brands in real estate.
I’m looking for one motivated, professional and personable individual who wants to learn the real estate business from the inside while helping me grow my business.
I help people buy homes, sell homes, invest in real estate and find financing to make it happen.
This is a flexible opportunity that could be a great fit for a college student, someone studying real estate, someone working another job, or anyone with a few productive hours each day who wants to build toward something bigger.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
You’ll help with things like:
• Making and answering phone calls
• Texting and following up with prospective clients
• Scheduling appointments
• Organizing leads and contacts
• Following up with buyers and sellers
• Property research
• Marketing and social media support
• Open-house preparation and local events
• Community and nonprofit outreach
• Helping keep clients, leads and appointments organized
Much of the work can be done remotely from home.
If you have a phone, internet access, strong communication skills and can stay organized, you can be productive from almost anywhere.
WHAT YOU’LL LEARN
This is where the opportunity gets interesting.
You’ll get hands-on exposure to:
🏡 Buying and selling real estate
📞 Prospecting and lead generation
🤝 Working with buyers and sellers
📊 Real estate marketing and CRM systems
🏠 Open houses, properties and field experience
💰 Mortgage lending and home financing
📑 How real estate transactions actually work
🌎 Community outreach and local organizations
📈 How to build and grow a real estate business
You’ll work around an experienced team of real estate professionals and learn things many people don’t understand until after they become licensed.
REAL ESTATE LICENSE PATHWAY
If real estate becomes something you seriously want to pursue, I can help you understand the pathway to becoming licensed.
For the right person who demonstrates consistency, initiative and commitment, assistance toward real estate education and licensing expenses may also be available.
Once licensed, there is significantly more opportunity to grow into a production-based real estate career.
COMPENSATION
This is not designed as a traditional hourly 9-to-5 position.
It is a flexible, performance-driven opportunity with opportunities to earn based on the value and business you help create.
Paid incentives may be available for successful business-development results, along with additional earning opportunities as business is generated and transactions successfully close, depending on your role and licensing stage.
The more value you learn to create, the more opportunity there is to earn and grow.
The compensation structure, expectations and responsibilities will be discussed clearly during the interview before you begin, so everyone understands exactly how the opportunity works.
WHO WOULD BE GREAT FOR THIS?
Someone who is:
• Professional and dependable
• Comfortable talking with people
• Friendly and confident on the phone
• Organized
• Good with texting and communication
• Comfortable using a computer
• Self-motivated
• Interested in business, sales, marketing or real estate
• Willing to learn
• Able to take initiative
• Able to follow through without constantly being reminded
Sales or customer-service experience is helpful, but not required.
Real estate experience is not required.
Attitude, communication, consistency and initiative matter more.
Students at Victor Valley College, people currently studying real estate, or anyone already considering real estate school are especially encouraged to apply.
FLEXIBILITY
This can start with only a few productive hours per day.
Some work can be completed remotely, while there will also be opportunities to come into the office, attend appointments, participate in training, help with events and gain real-world exposure to the business.
For the right person, this could eventually develop into something much larger than a part-time opportunity.
INTERVIEW PROCESS
I’m looking for quality, not quantity.
Selected candidates will be invited to an in-person professional interview at our Victorville office.
Please reply with:
• Your résumé
• A brief introduction about yourself
• Why real estate interests you
• Your current availability
• Any customer service, sales, phone, computer or marketing experience
• Where you would like to be professionally in the next 2–3 years

If you’re serious about learning real estate, willing to put in the work, and want an opportunity where your effort can actually lead somewhere, I’d like to hear from you.
