Job Title: Field Services Technician In-office: 5 days per week onsite Location: St Francisville, LA (Within a one-hour drive)
Required Skills
5+ years of experience as an IT Field Services Technician.
Proficient in installing, configuring, and maintaining IT and network hardware, including routers, switches, servers, and workstations.
Familiar with Windows 10/11, LAN/WAN, network troubleshooting, and Citrix environments.
Experience with network deployments, upgrades, migrations, and asset management.
Familiarity with ServiceNow is a plus.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., assist with hardware installation and movement.
Good oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
Worksite Requirements
A valid driver s license with REAL ID compliance is required for this position.
Ability to absorb training materials and successfully complete post-training tests
Ability to support extended hours, outages, and emergency response situations
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and compliance
