45 Million Dollars: Slip and Fall in 2023 on Police Body Camera Video with ON DUTY Police Officer as witness
5 Upcoming surgeries required, Defense never questioned injuries. Defence has NO ZERO witnesses and is claiming
a defense of no "duty to inspect" for the 20 minutes we were in the store,
but admitted they have NO RECORDS if the stairs have EVER BEEN INSPECTED, PERIOD.
defense admitted to Judge that ALL store security videos were deleted by mistake.
NOTE:
Previous to my slip and fall down the stairs, about 10 years prior a retired Police Officer & U.S. Veteran also fell down the same stairs were reported to the manager with witnesses that these same stairs were dangerous, the stairs were never repaired and are identical to they way they were 10 years ago up to the day I fell down the stairs in 2023.
DISCOVERY REOPENED BY JUDGE this year and will remain open until 90 days before trial June 1st 2027.
99% of discovery was never completed by previous law firm, who I fired 2 years ago for not completing any discovery.
BOTH my Depo and the Depo of my Police Officer witness was taken by defense. THERE ARE NO LIENS ON THIS CASE.

14 Million dollars: Civil rights and Personal injury. Permanent nerve damage in both feet diagnosed by 2 MD's.
This case is split between LACSC and LA Federal court. No trial date yet.
