Description
We are seeking an Accounting Clerk to support day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate will assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, data entry, reconciliations, and financial record maintenance.
Responsibilities
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
Prepare and maintain financial records
Reconcile bank and general ledger accounts
Assist with billing and collections activities
Enter financial data into accounting systems
Support month-end and year-end processes
Generate reports as requested
Requirements
Qualifications
Associate's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
1+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
Strong data entry and analytical skills
Microsoft Excel proficiency
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
