Days & Hours: This is a flexible part-time position. We have anywhere from 2 to 8 groups available at various times at our various locations. Each group is 1.5 hours in length.
Locations: Beaverton (West Raleigh Hills) & NE 18th Ave (Portland), and remote groups depending on the organization's need.
Reports to:Clinical Director & Director of Operations
Compensation: $40.00 per clinical hour, and $20.00 per hour for paperwork and administrative work ("PAR"). 1.5 hour group at $60.00 plus an hour of PAR at $20.00. $80.00 hour per group facilitated.
Additional details regarding compensation structure, deductions, and payroll codes will be provided upon hire in accordance with Oregon law. To be considered for this position, candidates must have the following skills and experience:
- A minimum of a master's degree in a clinical field.
- Commitment to social activism and the agency mission.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace.
