EnrollTools, a Southern California benefits enrollment firm, is staffing several large multi-state open enrollments this fall. We need Seasonal Benefits Advisors (Benefit Counselors) to hold one-on-one benefit enrollment conversations with employees by phone: explain options clearly, answer questions, help them complete elections.
Pay: $20 per completed session, up to $40 per hour.
1099 contract, 100% remote, all work online
Flexible scheduling during the enrollment window
Seasonal, with strong performers placed on additional cases
Requirements: active Life, Health and Accident license in good standing, US based and authorized to work, 18+, 2+ years insurance/benefits experience preferred, strong phone communication skills, able to work independently remote. Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
Training provided before every assignment, in person in Southern California or live online.
