We are seeking motivated, confident Independent Contractor Appointment Setters to work remotely and help schedule appointments for a financial services professional affiliated with a large, established financial services organization.
This is a performance-based opportunity for someone who enjoys talking with professionals, building rapport, and helping connect people with valuable financial planning resources.

What You'll Be Doing
Your primary responsibility is simple:
Make outbound calls and schedule qualified appointments.
You will be contacting professionals and business owners, including:
Real Estate Agents
Attorneys
Doctors and Medical Professionals
Hair Stylists and Beauty Professionals
Service Business Owners
Other Small Business Professionals
You are not responsible for closing sales. Your role is to start conversations, create interest, and schedule appointments.

Our system and script are designed to help productive appointment setters generate approximately 1–2 appointments per hour, depending on experience, consistency, and performance.
Compensation
This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position with performance-based compensation.
$25 per completed/qualified appointment
Weekly payouts
Additional SPIFs and performance bonuses
Commission on closed deals
No income cap
Top-performing contractors who consistently produce appointments may have the opportunity to earn approximately $3,000–$5,000 per month, depending on productivity and bonus qualification.
Example:
4 completed appointments per day × $25 = $100/day
5 days per week = $500/week

Comfortable making outbound calls
Confident speaking with professionals and business owners
Self-motivated and disciplined
Comfortable working independently from home
Experienced in telemarketing, appointment setting, sales, or customer service
Able to follow a proven script while sounding natural
Consistent and persistent without being pushy
Interested in performance-based income
Previous appointment-setting or outbound calling experience is preferred, but training will be provided for the right person.
Work From Home
This is a fully remote opportunity. You can work from home and have flexibility in structuring your schedule, provided you consistently meet agreed-upon performance expectations and contact prospects during appropriate business hours.
Because this is an Independent Contractor opportunity, you will be responsible for managing your own schedule and work activity.
