Tenco Construction is looking for **friendly, outgoing, and experienced Event Staff** to join our growing team!
We are looking for energetic individuals with **bubbly personalities** who enjoy talking with people and are confident representing a professional home improvement company at local events, fairs, expos, and community gatherings.
### 🏡 POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coordinate and assist with **event booth setup and breakdown**
• Attend scheduled events throughout Southern California
• Engage with event attendees in a **friendly and professional manner**
• Introduce and promote Tenco Construction's home improvement products and services
• Answer basic questions and create interest in our services
• **Collect qualified leads and customer information**
• **Set appointments for free in-home estimates**
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional event booth
• Represent Tenco Construction with a positive attitude and professional appearance
### 📍 TRAVEL
Applicants must be willing and able to travel to events throughout:
• Riverside County
• Orange County
• San Diego County
**Reliable transportation is required.**

• Previous **event staffing, brand ambassador, promotional, sales, lead generation, or customer service experience preferred**
• Friendly, bubbly, outgoing personality
• Comfortable approaching and starting conversations with new people
• Strong communication and people skills
• Professional, dependable, and punctual
• Ability to collect leads and confidently set appointments
• Reliable transportation
• Willingness to travel to different event locations
• Ability to assist with event setup and breakdown
• Weekend availability is a plus, as many events take place on weekends
