We are looking for hard-working Machine Operator's to assist in the manufacturing process. The Machine Operator's responsibilities include keeping the production area clean, preparing machinery and equipment for use, loading and unloading CNC Mills as instructed, and strictly following health and safety guidelines.
To be successful as a Machine Operator you should be able to work with CNC Mills with consistent speed and accuracy. An outstanding Machine Operator should be able to maintain production standards and work towards improving productivity without compromising quality.
Machine Operator Responsibilities:
• Following health and safety standards.
• Maintaining a clean workstation and production floor.
• Loading and Unloading parts from a CNC Mill.
• Following production guidelines and specifications.
• Change tools in the mills when needed.
• Operating and maintaining machinery and production equipment.
• Working on the production line and meeting production targets.
• Reporting any issues to the supervisor on duty.
• Performing other tasks as assigned.
Machine Operator Requirements:
• High school diploma/GED.
• Previous experience working in a factory is beneficial.
• Experience operating manufacturing machinery.
• Must be able to stand for an eight-hour shift.
• Must be able to occasionally lift up to 5 pounds above shoulder height.
• You will need to use a torque wrench and a variety of hand tools throughout the shift.
• Required to use various measuring devices throughout the shift.
• Able to work as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.
• Basic math skills.
• Physical dexterity.
• Available for shift work.
