Accounts Payable Clerk - Downtown Miami
We are seeking an entry-level Accounts Payable Clerk to support a government office in Downtown Miami. The office is conveniently located near the Metrorail.
Responsibilities:
Enter and process invoices
Review invoices for accuracy
Maintain vendor records and payment documentation
Assist with data entry, filing, and general accounting tasks
Respond to basic vendor inquiries
Requirements
Qualifications:
Computer-savvy with strong data-entry skills
Basic Microsoft Excel knowledge
Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable
Previous office or accounting experience is a plus
Able to work onsite in Downtown Miami
