Job Title: 1st Shift Quality Technician
Pay: $25-$30/hour
Shift: 7:00am to 3:30pm Monday through Friday
Job Description
The Quality Technician is responsible for ensuring that in-process components and finished products conform to specified quality requirements prior to storage or shipment to customers.
Responsibilities
Conduct in-process inspections to monitor product conformity during manufacturing and identify potential quality issues early.
Complete final inspections to ensure finished products comply with all customer, regulatory, and internal requirements before shipment.
Perform gauge setting and verification, ensuring measurement equipment is properly configured and suitable for inspection activities.
Accurately record inspection results including acceptance, rejection, and nonconformance documentation.
Assist Production personnel with problem-solving activities to minimize product defects, rework, and scrap.
Communicate quality issues and product nonconformities to Engineering as required to support resolution and customer communication.
Support corrective and preventive action activities by providing inspection data, root cause input, and verification of effectiveness.
Essential Skills
Previous experience in quality control or quality assurance within a manufacturing environment.
Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in a production or inspection role.
Technical school education or equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Prior experience in Quality Control.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Clinton, PA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
