Reports to: Assistant Director, Student Affairs, CMCC
Serves as a point of contact for current and new students, prospective students, parents, and the community.
Main duties are to initiate and facilitate the enrollment process from the completion of the admission application through registration.
Examples of Duties
Processes admission applications and all student documents including transcripts and chargeback requests
Serves current and potential students with the enrollment process by providing front counter customer service, chatbot, text messaging, email, and phone, and virtual support
Provides consumer information on a one-to-one basis regarding financial aid eligibility and verification requirements, program information, and budget components
Provides initial Self-Service support by assisting new students with course selection and registration
Supports operations utilizing various online solutions such as customer relations management (CRM) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
Provides student support for online accounts (i.e. Self-Service, Buccaneer e-mail, etc.)
Ensure that placement scores (e.g. SAT/ACT or multiple measure scores) are submitted and recorded
Responds to requests and refers students to institutional resources
Provides support with scanning documentation and linking of all incoming student records
Assists and supports as needed, with arrangements for outreach and Recruitment to attend internal/external events
Provides support for events on and off campus (i.e. high school visits, college fairs, open houses, etc.)
Performs general office duties (process mail, maintain inventory of office supplies and recruitment materials)
Performs related duties as assigned
Typical Qualifications
Education:
Associate's Degree preferred
Experience:
Experience in a higher education setting preferred
Competencies & Strengths
Strong customer/student service skills.
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
Proficient computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office products and CRMs
Knowledge of Ellucian's Colleague and Recruit CRMs a plus
Bilingual in Spanish a plus

Terms of Employment:
This position may require flexible scheduling to include occasional evenings and weekends and duties at any Atlantic Cape location.
