We are hiring Class A CDL Team OTR Drivers for dedicate lanes based out of Eastvale, CA. Brand new, state of the art equipment. Peterbuilt/Kenworth 2026 Models and newer. This is a compensation-based team position designed to give you predictable weekly income, consistent home time, and stable miles without the stress of chasing loads.
You and your co-driver will run approximately 5,800 miles per week per truck, returning to the same domicile weekly on well-defined, dedicated lanes.
Your pay is guaranteed weekly, tied to your verified CDL‑A/OTR experience.
Here is what we pay based on qualifations:
0-1 Year CDL‑A / OTR Experience
$1,500 per week (per driver)
$78,000 per year (per driver)
With up to 15% performance bonus, top earners can reach approximately $89,700 per year.
1+ Year CDL‑A / OTR Experience
$1,750 per week (per driver)
$91,000 per year (per driver)
With up to 15% performance bonus, top earners can reach approximately $104,650 per year.
1.5+ Years CDL‑A / OTR Experience
$2,000 per week (per driver)
$104,000 per year (per driver)
With up to 15% performance bonus, top earners can reach approximately $119,600 per year.
