Southern California Mulch Inc is looking for an individual with a green thumb to maintain & expand their small retail nursery.
Job duties include:
Daily watering, Monitoring plant health, soil conditions & shade control, moving or repotting plants, fertilize plants, source plants from outside vendors, Propagate plants, pest control, facility upkeep, Irrigation system maintenance and construction, etc.
This position currently requires about 20 hours a week but can expand with the nursery. We are looking to increase plant sales, inventory, profit margins, etc on our nursery operation and the right individual will have these goals in mind.
Experience is required, You will need to know at minimum the basics. Pay starts at $19/Hr.
