Responsibilities
- Design and program power grid automation, protection, and control systems for utility and industrial customers
- Develop and configure SCADA, communication, and automation schemes for medium- and high-voltage applications
- Perform system studies, testing, and troubleshooting of automation and protection schemes in the field and lab
- Collaborate with manufacturing, product engineering, and sales teams to deliver customer-specific solutions
- Prepare technical documentation, drawings, and configuration files for projects and product applications
- Support commissioning, startup, and customer training on automation solutions
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety requirements, and utility specifications
- Contribute to continuous improvement of designs, tools, and best practices for grid automation projects
- Assist with root-cause analysis and corrective actions for field issues
- Participate in cross-functional innovation initiatives to enhance grid reliability and efficiency
