We are currently hiring a dependable and experienced Maintenance Technician for an apartment community in Santa Ana.
POSITION DETAILS
Position: Maintenance Technician
Pay: $21.00 PER HOUR
Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday
Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time
40 Hours Per Week
JOB DUTIES
Complete apartment maintenance work orders
Perform general repairs throughout the property
Troubleshoot and repair basic plumbing issues
Perform basic electrical repairs and troubleshooting
Complete drywall patching, repairs, and painting
Assist with HVAC troubleshooting and preventative maintenance
Complete apartment make-ready and unit turns
Repair doors, locks, fixtures, appliances, and other property items
Perform preventative maintenance throughout the property
Maintain common areas and overall property condition
Identify and report safety and maintenance issues
Keep work areas clean and organized
Provide professional and courteous service to residents
QUALIFICATIONS
Previous maintenance experience preferred
Apartment/multifamily maintenance experience is a plus
Experience with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, painting, and general repairs
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Reliable and dependable
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Strong work ethic and professional attitude
