HR Direct Services is currently hiring an experienced Outbound Operations Lead for a warehouse operation in Chino, CA. We are looking for a strong, hands-on floor leader who can keep outbound operations moving efficiently while maintaining a high standard of accuracy, accountability, and customer service.
Position Details
Location: Chino, CA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Pay: $22–$24/hour DOE
Openings: 1
Overtime: Must be flexible and available to work overtime as needed
Key Responsibilities
Direct daily outbound workflow and assign tasks to ensure client deadlines and SLAs are met.
Lead from the warehouse floor and actively support the team throughout the shift.
Ensure SOPs are followed for picking, packing, staging, and shipping.
Audit outbound pallets and orders for accuracy to help prevent mis-shipments.
Investigate missing items, inventory discrepancies, and other outbound issues.
Review driver service sheets, pick sheets, and outbound documentation for accuracy.
Identify workflow bottlenecks and provide solutions to keep operations moving.
Train and coach employees on RF scanners, WMS procedures, safety, quality, and productivity.
Hold team members accountable for following established processes and quality standards.
Maintain a strong focus on customer service, accuracy, safety, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
2+ years of Lead or Supervisor experience in a warehouse, distribution, fulfillment, or 3PL environment.
Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF scanners.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to confidently direct and coach a warehouse team.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Ability to troubleshoot problems and bring solutions to management.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Must be comfortable being actively involved on the warehouse floor.
Must be available for overtime as business needs require.
