Buscamos Recortadores y Cortadores de Carne (Meat Trimmers / Meat Cutters) CON EXPERIENCIA.
El puesto se enfoca en la limpieza, preparación y corte de carne, eliminando grasa y material no deseado, así como porcionando la carne preparada en bistecs, chuletas, asados y otros cortes terminados.
🔪 1.er TURNO
Horario: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Días: Lunes a Viernes
Pago: $19–$22 por hora, dependiendo de experiencia
Debe tener disponibilidad para trabajar horas extras y fines de semana.
🔪 2.º TURNO
Horario: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
Días: Lunes a Viernes
Pago: $19–$22 por hora, dependiendo de experiencia
Debe tener disponibilidad para trabajar horas extras y fines de semana.
RESPONSABILIDADES PRINCIPALES:
Remover el exceso de grasa de la carne.
Retirar tejido conectivo, cartílago y membranas de la carne.
Cortar y remover secciones golpeadas o dañadas cuando sea necesario.
Separar la carne de los huesos en algunas operaciones.
Utilizar cuchillos y otras herramientas manuales de manera segura y eficiente.
We are looking for (Butchers) EXPERIENCED Meat trimmer/Meat cutter: Focuses on cleaning and preparing the meat by removing unwanted material on portioning the prepared meat into steaks, chops, roasts, or other finished cuts.
1st shift 6am-2:30pm
Mon-Fri/Must be available for OT and weekends
$19-$22hr DOE
2nd shift 2:30pm-11:00pm
Mon-Fri/Must be available for OT and weekends

Typical duties of a meat trimmer include:
Removing excess fat from meat.
Trimming away connective tissue, cartilage, and silver skin.
Cutting off bruised or damaged sections if necessary.
Separating meat from bones in some operations.
Using knives and other hand tools safely and efficiently.
