Overview
ABM Industries is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Administrative Assistant to support the Operations Team at DFW International Airport.t. This role is essential to ensuring accurate timekeeping, efficient reporting, and responding to inquiries for approximately 300 team members. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, understands time and attendance systems, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, unionized environment.

Responsibilities
Make timely corrections in the timekeeping system to ensure payroll accuracy.
Generate and analyze operational and payroll-related reports.
Respond to team member inquiries regarding timekeeping, payroll, and general administrative matters.
Maintain organized records and documentation in compliance with statutory and union requirements.
Assist with scheduling and responding to shift callouts.
Collaborate with HR and Payroll to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Entry-level candidates welcome; prior experience in administrative support, timekeeping, or payroll system preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other basic office software
Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Familiarity with statutory labor requirements and union environments
