Briggs International seeking a proactive and dependable Security Supervisor to oversee the performance and coordination of security personnel across assigned posts. This leadership role involves scheduling, training, enforcement of company policies, and active patrolling, including standing post when necessary. The Security Supervisor will also act as a liaison between field staff and office management to ensure seamless operations and high standards of service.

• Conduct day and night patrols based on assigned shifts to ensure safety, visibility, and adherence to post orders.
• Supervise and support security personnel, always ensuring proper coverage and professional conduct.
• Respond promptly to call-offs by adjusting schedules and assigning available personnel; stand post when coverage is not available.
• Issue write-ups and recommend disciplinary actions for employees who fail to meet expectations or violate company policies.
• Ensure all assigned personnel have completed mandatory training and are properly trained for their specific post assignments.
• Work closely with the office team to track, report, and follow up on disciplinary actions and document employee performance issues.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date scheduling, training, and disciplinary records.
• Ensure company equipment (radios, flashlights, uniforms, etc.) is properly issued, maintained, and returned.
• Support the onboarding and training of new guards, ensuring they understand post duties and company expectations.
• Maintain a strong presence in the field to mentor staff, inspect posts, and address client concerns or operational issues
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent (associate’s degree or military/law enforcement background preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in security, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Valid security guard license and any additional certifications required by local/state law.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overnight as needed.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to respond quickly to site needs.
• Professional demeanor and ability to lead by example.

• Must be able to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods in various environments.
• Some lifting and carrying of equipment may be required.

Starting pay is $22.00 per hour during training and $24.00 after completion of training.
