We are seeking polished, experienced Certified Nursing Assistants for a structured one-on-one assignments in a well-managed private residences.
We are seeking a caregivers who brings both clinical confidence and a warm, steady presence.
All Valley Home Care places experienced CNA’s in carefully selected private duty cases throughout the Bay Area. We value professionalism, discretion, and caregivers who take pride in doing meaningful work.
This is not a high-ratio facility setting.
This is focused, relationship-based care.
Ideal Candidate:
• Active CNA certification
• HCA registered with the State of California (or willing to complete online registration)
• Strong, verifiable professional references
• Experience in hospital, post-acute, or higher-acuity settings
• Calm, organized, and observant
• Comfortable working in a well-appointed private home

Compensation reflects experience, professionalism, and case complexity.
