We are a chef driven mexican restaurant in downtown Silverado looking for a Line Cook
The Line Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking menu items according to Xacalli's recipes and standards while maintaining consistency, quality, and proper presentation.
The ideal candidate is reliable and takes pride in keeping their station clean, organized, and properly stocked. This position will assist with daily food preparation, execute orders efficiently during service, follow food safety and sanitation guidelines, and work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and timely service.
Previous line cook or restaurant kitchen experience is preferred. The ability to work nights, weekends, and busy dinner services is required.
