A large national not-for-profit health system is hiring experienced Labor & Delivery RNs for its Seattle campus. This is a permanent staff position, not a travel contract. Direct hire, full time nights on a busy L&D unit, with multiple openings on the team.

Schedule: Full time, 36 hours per week, three 12 hour night shifts.
What you will do:
Provide direct nursing care to laboring patients and their newborns, from admission through delivery and recovery. You will work alongside physicians, midwives, and the newborn team, manage fetal monitoring, support both unmedicated and surgical deliveries, and be a steady presence for families on one of the most important nights of their lives.
What you need:
Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN is accepted)
Washington RN license upon hire
AHA BLS and AAP NRP certification upon hire
At least one full year of experience as an RN on a labor and delivery unit. Nurse residency, clinical rotations, and student experience do not count toward this requirement.
Preferred:
National specialty certification in an applicable field.
