Seeking a nurse (LPN or RN) for a class instructor position including lectures, skills demonstrating and mock skills testing. Three-quarter position. Position not paid until able to take on all aspects of the job. Classes scheduled either M-Th or M-F each week. No holiday or weekend work.
Looking for a long-term employee. Class hours are 10:00am to 2:00pm & 4:00pm to 8:00pm.
To qualify you must have a minimum of one year of nursing employment experience sometime within the last 3 years. Mandatory to attend a one-day ONLINE Train-the-CNA Trainer class. School owner will pay the fee. If not hired or decides to work elsewhere it will be required to reimburse the class fee of $375.00. Also there’s a second online 1.5 hour class required by WA. State Board of Nursing after hired to cover the state’s core curriculum program orientation. It is held on the third Friday of each month.
