William DeBilzan is an internationally collected artist with over 33 years of success, represented in galleries and major hospitality projects throughout the United States. Our newly expanded 5,000-square-foot Santa Fe gallery has quickly become recognized by visitors as one of the finest galleries in Santa Fe, representing several accomplished artists and offering an exciting opportunity for the right leader.
We are seeking an energetic, experienced Gallery Director / General Manager who is passionate about art, luxury sales, leadership, and building long-term relationships with collectors.
Responsibilities
* Lead the daily operation of the gallery
* Inspire and manage the sales team
* Build relationships with collectors, designers, and local businesses
* Coordinate gallery events and artist receptions
* Recruit and mentor talented sales associates
* Help expand our artist program
* Grow sales while delivering exceptional customer experiences
Qualifications
* Previous gallery, luxury retail, or high-end sales management experience preferred
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Self-motivated and highly organized
* Professional appearance and positive attitude
* Passion for art and working with people
* Ability to thrive in a performance-driven environment
