Responsibilities
* Safely operate tow trucks and roadside service vehicles
* Respond quickly and professionally to dispatch calls
* Load, transport, and unload vehicles without damage
* Perform jump starts, lockouts, tire changes, winch-outs, and vehicle recoveries when needed
* Complete required paperwork and digital reports accurately
* Deliver outstanding customer service on every call
* Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work vehicle
Requirements
* Previous towing experience is required
* Valid California Driver License (clean driving record preferred)
* Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
* Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work independently under pressure
* Must be able to safely lift 50+ lbs
