We’re currently seeking exceptional Dog Trainers, Assistant Trainers, and experienced dog professionals for immediate Private Training, Traditional Board & Train, and Reverse Board & Train opportunities throughout San Jose, Cupertino, and the Greater South Bay.
🐶 We have clients in San Jose, Cupertino, Sunnyvale, Santa Clara, Campbell, Los Gatos, Saratoga, Milpitas, Mountain View, Palo Alto, Los Altos, Morgan Hill, Gilroy, and the surrounding South Bay communities
🐶 We have clients ready to begin, and we’re looking for outstanding trainers to get started as soon as possible.

🏡 Private In-Home Training Sessions
Meet clients in their homes and help dogs and families build stronger relationships through compassionate, relationship-focused, positive reinforcement training.
From puppies learning the basics to advanced behavior modification cases, you’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference while enjoying a flexible schedule.
Compensation
💰 $55–$75 per private training session
Compensation is based on the type of case, your experience, and the services provided.
Private training opportunities are available throughout San Jose, Cupertino, and the Greater South Bay, with sessions scheduled based on your availability, service area, and the types of cases you enjoy working with.

🏡 Traditional Board & Train
Open your home to a carefully selected dog while providing daily exercise, enrichment, structure, supervision, and relationship-based positive reinforcement training.
Compensation
💰 $100 per day, per dog
Qualified trainers may host one or two compatible dogs.
• One Dog: Up to $700 per week
• Two Dogs: Up to $1,400 per week

🏠 Reverse Board & Train (Live-In Training)
Stay in the client’s home while they travel and provide outstanding care, professional training, exercise, enrichment, and daily companionship.
Compensation
💰 $130–$175 per day
Starting assignments typically begin at $130–$150 per day, depending on experience.
Behavior modification cases and multi-dog households may pay up to $175 per day.
