GENERAL LABOR – ATTIC INSULATION

Compensation: Starting at $17.00 per hour, plus overtime and double-time pay when applicable
Employment Type: Full-time
Schedule: Weekends off
Payment: Biweekly by direct deposit only—no cash payments
We are an attic-restoration company specializing in the removal and replacement of insulation. We are looking for dependable, hardworking employees who are willing to learn. Training is provided; construction or insulation experience is preferred but not required.
Job Duties:
* Remove old insulation and install new insulation.
* Clean and restore attic spaces.
* Assist with air-duct installation.
* Work in hot, dusty environments for extended periods.
* Crawl, bend, kneel, and safely work in very small, tight attic spaces.
* Lift and carry materials and equipment.
* Follow all safety instructions and use required protective equipment.
Important Requirements:
* You must be physically able, with or without reasonable accommodation, to enter and work inside confined attic spaces with limited clearance.
* A valid driver’s license is required.
* You must be dependable, punctual, and willing to perform physically demanding work.
* If hired, you must provide acceptable documents verifying your identity and authorization to work in the United States. Examples include:
* A valid U.S. passport by itself; or
* A driver’s license or other approved photo ID together with a Social Security card or certified birth certificate.
* Original, valid documents will be required during the hiring process.
