We are looking for an experienced Dumpling / Dim Sum Pastry Chef to join our busy restaurant in Orange, CA.
Requirements:
Must have professional experience making Xiao Long Bao (Soup Dumplings)
Strong dumpling and dim sum skills
Experienced with dumpling wrapping, folding, steaming, and production
Able to work quickly and efficiently in a high-volume restaurant
Reliable, responsible, and able to work as part of a team
Weekend availability required
Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and produce Xiao Long Bao and other dumplings/dim sum
Handle dough, fillings, wrapping, folding, and steaming
Maintain consistent quality, portion, and appearance
Keep the work station clean and organized
Assist with daily kitchen prep and production as needed
Location: Orange, CA
Pay: Competitive, $25-30 based on experience
Schedule: Full-time / Part-time available
